Do you offer a service guarantee?

Lynx Fulfillment offers the best guarantee in the industry. Every order received before 2 p.m. ships the same day with 100% accuracy or it is FREE!

Is there a long term commitment?

Lynx Fulfillment offers a month-to-month service agreement with rates locked in for one year to our clients. If during the first three months of service, you are unhappy with our service we will ship your inventory to any other U.S. based fulfillment provider at our expense.

What information do you collect and how secure is the data?

We collect only the data that we need to fulfill your orders. We do not collect credit card information. Lynx Fulfillment is committed to your privacy and does not sell your information or that of your clients. We will sign confidentiality agreements, upon request.

How do I pay for your services?

Lynx Fulfillment collects payment for warehousing and account management related charges monthly. Shipping and fulfillment charges are collected bi-weekly. Special projects such as assembly work, destruction of goods or other projects are typically paid upon completion. We take payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, check or wire transfer (fees apply for wire transfer).

Where are you located?

Lynx Fulfillment has two locations – Olean, NY and Carson, CA.  Our New York location is located along I-86 in Western New York. Our CA location is within 8 miles of the Long Beach Port in Carson, California.  Our locations can reach 90% of the U.S. and Canadian populations within two business days via ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available for quicker delivery time. Do you have Call Center capabilities?

In 2011, Lynx Fulfillment opened an Inbound Call Center.  The call center operates from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday for non-dedicated staff clients.  Non-dedicated staff means that a call is queued and is taken in the order in which it enters our system.  That call is answered by any one of our call center staff members.  We also offer Dedicated Call Center staff that would work only for your business at hours that you set.

What are the steps to establish service?

1. Select Lynx Fulfillment as your partner.

2. Sign service agreement.

3. Complete System Setup Documents and Inventory Setup Document.

4. Send Inventory.

5. Begin Shipping

What do you do for fun in the warehouse?

Our staff believes that there is nothing better than a good practical joke.  Nobody is off limits and so here are a few of our staff members setting up an intern.

Do you offer assembly or kitting?

Lynx Fulfillment is able to offer assembly and/or kitting. Our assembly and kitting standard operating procedures follow a project management focused structure. We will quote on projects based on your specific need. We will guide you as to whether it is more economical to pre-assemble or kit your items prior to them being placed into inventory or whether it is more economical to kit during the picking process (on the fly kitting).
