Do you have minimum or maximum order volume requirements?

Lynx Fulfillment builds relationships with our clients. Your success means our success and we strive to do anything we can to make your company better. We do not have minimum or maximum order volumes.

How large is your warehouse?

Lynx Fulfillment has a 34,000 square foot facility with ground level and truck level docks. We have access to an additional 25,000 square foot facility in Erie, PA. We use the Erie location strictly for overflow.

What is your accuracy rate and how do you compute it?

We measure accuracy based on the number of orders shipped. Thanks to our significant investments in technology, Lynx Fulfillment is one of the most advanced in the industry. Our accuracy rates range from 99.97% to 100%.  Our model of assessing accuracy based on number of shipments versus number of packages (the industry standard) means that our accuracy rate is considerably higher (in comparison) than that of our competitors.

What happens if there is an error?

As we mentioned previously, every order received before 2 p.m. ships the same day, with 100% accuracy, or it is Free!  In addition, we will pay the cost to return the incorrect items to our facility.

How can your technology integrate with my website?

Lynx Fulfillment has invested heavily in technology by providing customized software that integrates with our customers websites.  We can provide you with our Webservices API at your request.  In addition, you will always have access to manually enter orders into our system or submit batch files (Excel format).

Will I have online access to my account information?

Your customized web interface comes complete with over seventy standard reports. Lynx Fulfillment can even provide your staff full or restricted access to any part of your web interface, including ordering, tracking and inventory information. All in real-time; from any computer with a web connection.

Do you have a Dedicated Account Manager or a Team?

We provide Dedicated Account Management with oversight from ownership. Our Account Managers can be reached by phone, cell phone, email or instant messaging. To further our focus on customer service, our clients are given personal access to Patrick Randolph, our Managing Partner. We are committed to your success.

Where are my Account Manager/Customer Service Representatives located? Is your ownership or executive team located on-site?

Lynx Fulfillment has Account Management and ownership located in the same place as your inventory. Your business is important to us, therefore we make every effort to handle all requests fast and accurately. Our Executive Management team is comprised of experts within the fulfillment and logistics industry and is located on-site.

What shipping companies do you use?

We maintain great-standing relationships with UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service for small parcel shipments. We are also integrated with Logistics Plus, the leader in freight shipping. Our partnership with Logistics Plus allows us to pick up your inventory where it is manufactured, clear customs, deliver it to our warehouse and then route it to the consumer.

Do you provide discounts on shipping rates?

Our relationship with FedEx allows us to offer a 5% discount on FedEx. We can also use your account number, should you wish to retain the relationship with your shipping carrier. In addition to parcel shipping discounts, we are able to offer savings on LTL, truck load and container shipping.
